Privacy notice

Last updated August 2026

The short version. When you ask for free Day 1, we collect your email address and consent so we can send it and occasional course notes. If you buy, we receive the purchase details needed to deliver your files and provide purchase and delivery support. The Meta Pixel records page visits and completed lead or order-confirmation pages when it is configured. We don’t sell or rent your information. You can ask what we hold about you and request deletion, subject to records we must keep by law.

1. Who we are

This site and The Usable AI Playbook are operated by Enrique Rivas Creel, of 969 Beachview Drive, North Vancouver, British Columbia V7G 1P8, Canada.

We are responsible for the personal information described here. You can reach us at hello@norvane.ca.

2. What we collect

Only what we need, and only what you give us.

We do not receive anything you type into an AI tool while doing the course. The worksheets in the Ultra bundle save your answers in your own browser, on your own computer — that information is never sent to us and we cannot see it.

3. Why we collect it

We do not sell your information or use it to make decisions about you.

The Day 1 form asks for your express consent to receive the guide and occasional course notes. If you buy or contact us, we use the information you provide to complete that request, meet our legal obligations, and provide support.

You can withdraw marketing consent at any time without affecting your purchase or access to files already delivered.

5. Who else sees it

Four kinds of service provider may handle your information on our behalf:

These providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, which means it can be subject to the laws of those countries. We choose providers that commit to protecting it, but we cannot put it beyond the reach of a foreign court order.

We never sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

6. Payment details

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and are handled under their terms and privacy policy. We never see or store your full card number. What we receive is a record that a payment succeeded, and the email address to deliver to.

7. How long we keep it

8. Your rights

You can ask us, at any time, to:

Email hello@norvane.ca and we will deal with it within 30 days. We will not ask you why, and asking us to delete your information will never affect any legal right or remedy available to you.

9. Unsubscribing

Each course-note email will have a working unsubscribe link. If a link ever fails, email us and we will remove you by hand.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop purchase delivery or replies to a support request you sent us.

10. Security

This site is served over HTTPS, and our providers hold your information in access-controlled systems. No system is perfectly secure, so we keep as little as possible — which is the most effective protection available to a business our size.

If a breach ever occurred that created a real risk of significant harm to you, we would tell you and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, as the law requires.

11. Cookies

When configured, the Meta Pixel loads on the Playbook sales and funnel pages. It records page visits, a Lead event on the Day 1 confirmation page, and a custom OrderConfirmed event after checkout. The browser does not send a Purchase event or transaction value; Stripe’s server-side Meta integration is the purchase source of truth. Meta may use cookies or similar technology under its own privacy terms. Where consent is legally required, the pixel must not be enabled until the required consent control is in place.

12. Children

This is a product for people running a business. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

13. Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant and you are on our list, we will tell you by email rather than hoping you re-read the page.

14. Contact and complaints

Questions, requests or complaints: hello@norvane.ca, or write to us at 969 Beachview Drive, North Vancouver, British Columbia V7G 1P8, Canada.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a privacy matter, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca, or to your provincial privacy regulator where one applies.
